Wave
is taken in Kråkenes, outside the city of Måløy. I chose this picture because of the stormy wave. On the west coast of Norway, where I live, it is always stormy and big, tall waves that define Norwegian nature.

Rope in the sand
is taken in Refvksanden, the most beautiful beach in Norway.

Jump
is a picture of a girl jumping off a sandbank. This is Norway because the girl is strong, beautiful and brave. She is reaching far and high to achieve her goals, just like we do at Høgskolen i Ålesund.

Into the West
is a picture of a sunset. The sun always sets to the west where I come from. I love this picture because of the colours, and the island in the middle called “Klovningen” is beautiful. This is Norway at its most beautiful

Boathouse
is taken in Kråkenes, just outside Måløy. This is Norway because of the way the house is built, and how it looks. It has to endure the rough winds and the wild sea on the Norwegian coast. Norway has also always been “famous” for fishing and boat-life.
